QPass by Sunya Ek is a lightweight, secure visitor management app for on-site check‑ins and check‑outs. It uses phone number + OTP authentication, captures visitor profiles, records entry/exit times, shows visit history, and supports exit-request workflows with server-side verification. The app is designed for reliable daily use at office premises, gated communities and events.

✅ QPass – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QPass mobile application (“App”) for visitor entry management at Sunya Ek Cyber Park (“Campus”). By installing, registering, accessing, or using QPass, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1) Definitions
“QPass” / “App” means the mobile application used to register visitors, issue OTP-based entry/exit flows, and log access activity.
“Campus” means Sunya Ek Cyber Park premises, including any designated restricted zones, entry gates, and common areas.
“Visitor” / “You” / “User” means any external person using QPass to request and/or record access to the Campus.
“Operator” means the Sunya Ek Campus Facility Team and/or its authorized representatives managing access and compliance.
“Security Team” means authorized security personnel responsible for implementing access control.
“OTP” means a one-time password issued for authentication of entry and/or exit.
“Zone Restrictions” means limits applied to your access (e.g., food court-only, reception-only, specific tenant area).
2) What QPass Is (and What It Is Not)
QPass is a technology-driven tool used to:
QPass does not guarantee access. Installing the App, registering, or having an OTP does not entitle any person to entry or unrestricted access to the Campus.
3) Visitor-Only Use
At present, QPass is intended only for external visitors. Tenant employees/residents may not be required to use QPass at this time, subject to change by the Operator.
4) Registration & Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and while using QPass. This may include your name, mobile number, and photo (where requested). You must not:
impersonate another person,
use false identity details,
submit misleading or incomplete information.
The Operator and Security Team may verify identity at the gate and may request additional verification where required.
5) OTP Authentication (Entry & Exit)
QPass uses OTP for authentication of check-in and check-out as part of campus access logging.
You agree that:
OTPs are non-transferable and intended only for your use.
OTPs may be time-bound and may expire.
You must not share OTPs, screenshots, or passes with others.
Entry and exit may also be subject to physical security checks (ID checks, bag checks, etc.) as per campus protocol.
6) Approvals, Denials, and Access Discretion (Important)
All access is subject to campus policy, SEZ compliance requirements, and operational conditions.
The Operator and/or Security Team reserves the right to:
approve or deny access requests,
apply zone restrictions (e.g., food court-only),
restrict movement within the Campus,
revoke access already granted,
ask any person to leave the Campus.
This may be done with or without providing a reason, and applies to all visitors whether using QPass or not.
Service closures: If the service/area you are visiting is temporarily closed or unavailable, your access may be denied or restricted accordingly.
7) Zone Restrictions
Your access may be limited to specific zones based on the purpose of visit and approvals. You must comply with all zone restrictions and signage. Attempting to access restricted areas may result in denial of entry, removal from campus, or suspension from using QPass.
8) Conduct & Compliance
While on Campus and while using QPass, you agree to:
follow all instructions from Security Team and Facility Team,
comply with SEZ norms and applicable laws,
maintain orderly behavior and avoid disruption.
The Operator may take action (including denial of access) for any conduct that threatens safety, security, compliance, or operations.
9) App Permissions
To provide core functionality, QPass may request:
Camera access: to upload your photo during registration and/or for enabled scanning features.
Notifications: for approvals, OTP updates, and important alerts.
You can manage permissions through your device settings. However, disabling permissions may limit App functionality.
10) Privacy & Data Handling
QPass is designed to support access management and compliance logging.
QPass does not access your personal files, contacts, or device media library unless you explicitly provide access (e.g., during photo upload).
Visitor data (including photographs, where collected) will be retained as per the Campus/Operator policy and applicable requirements.

11) Suspension, Blocking, and Termination
The Operator may suspend or terminate your access to QPass (temporarily or permanently) if:
you violate these Terms,
you provide false information,
there is suspected misuse, fraud, or security risk,
you attempt unauthorized access or violate zone restrictions.
12) Service Availability & Changes
QPass may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, network issues, telecom delays, or other operational reasons. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Operator may modify or update:
App features,
access workflows,
these Terms, at any time. Updates will be effective once posted in the App. Continued use of QPass means you accept the updated Terms.
13) Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
QPass is provided on an “as is” basis.
The Operator does not guarantee entry, approvals, or access continuity.
The Operator is not responsible for delays or failures caused by telecom networks, device issues, or third-party services.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of QPass or inability to access the Campus, including denials, restrictions, operational closures, or delays.
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, Security Team, and Campus management from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
your breach of these Terms,
inaccurate information provided by you,
your actions on Campus.
16) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
